The location is excellent! With trams right outside for easy travel. the staff is also friendly and accommodating.
Expect some noise from the street, and remember to book for the correct number of guests to avoid penalties.

A bit old-fashioned in decor, which might not be everyone's taste. The bathroom in the Comfort Double Room had steps, limiting accessibility for some.

Just spent 7 nights at Kastanienhof. Super spacious suite, quiet, and comfy beds! The location is perfect with trams right outside, and lots of local cafes around. Only downside, the shampoo could use an upgrade. I'd totally come back!

Had a fantastic stay at Kastanienhof! The breakfast was outstanding with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and even smoked salmon! The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the large windows overlooking Kastanienallee. The location is perfect, with trams right outside taking you to Alexanderplatz and beyond in minutes.

The Deluxe Double Room was really nice! Spacious and quiet, especially since we faced the garden. Cleaned daily, which was great, and the mattress was comfy. There's even a mini-fridge and kettle in the room. Plus, the shower had a powerful spray! Definitely enjoyed the experience.
